Chaudhary Charan Singh remembered on death anniv

The City Committee of Rastriya Lok Dal (RLD) organised a meeting at Maidagin and offered floral tributes to the late leader.
The speakers highlighted the life and personality of the late Chaudhary Charan Singh. They said that Charan Singh had always fought to safeguard the interests of the poor and the farmers. They called upon the leaders of all political parties to follow the ieadls of Chaudhary Charan Singh.
Presiding over the meeting, RLD city president Iqbal Ahmed Raien said that Chaudhary Charan Singh was one of the great visionaries who always fought for uplift of farmers.
Other RLD leaders including Usha Singh Chauhan, Lal Jee Yadav, Dharmedra Singh Paras Vishwakarma, Sardar Nuruddin and Javed Khan threw light on the personality of Chaudhary Charan Singh.
Minority Cell of the RLD organised a meeting at Lahuraveer area. They observed the death anniversary of Chaudhary Charan Singh as ‘Sankalp Diwas’ for the welfare of farmers and the poor. Presiding over the meeting, Kasim Ahmed Munna dwelt upon the personality of Chaudhary Charan Singh.
A meeting was also organised at Manchodari area to observe the death anniversary of Charan Singh. The RLD activists remembered the contribution of Charan Singh in the development of country.
