This is a restaurant that thrives on an idea that has eluded everybody else in the food business. It's a restaurant without servers, where the chef takes your order, cooks the dishes of your choice, and serves it to you. An interactive restaurant in the real sense, it has the potential for emerging as a great fun dining destination for people who like to be adventurous with their food, but what's holding it back is the fact that for a five star restaurant it's rather tiny, and nobody in the city seems to have heard about the hotel. This is one place where the food justifies some marketing hype.
