A portal for Bhojpuri speaking people has arranged for distribution of 'Chhat prasad' free of cost online in any part of the country.
Devotees can receive the 'prasad' by applying to the portal online and get it delivered within 48 to 72 hours depending on the distance, director of the portal www.bhojpuria.com Sudhir Kumar said.
The online booking, which began this morning, will continue till October 25, he said, adding that the prasad --'thekuas', apples and kaju barfi -- will be distributed through courier service free of cost.
Kumar said the portal has been distributing the free 'prasad' since last five years. While 170 people applied in the first year, the figure mounted to over 400 last year. "We expect more than 600 application this time," he said.
