Chief Minister is responsible for Lokayukta resignation, Siddu

Opposition Congress leader in Karnataka Assembly Siddaramiah Wednesday squarely blamed the BJP Government and Chief Minister B S Yeddyurappa for the resignation of state Lokayuktha Santosh Hegde, saying it had 'insulted' the institution.

Opposition Congress leader in Karnataka Assembly Siddaramiah Wednesday squarely blamed the BJP Government and Chief Minister B S Yeddyurappa for the resignation of state Lokayuktha Santosh Hegde, saying it had 'insulted' the institution.

"The entire government, ministers and officials are to be blamed for this", Siddaramaiah said reacting to Hegde's resignation.

'No government has insulted Lokayukta as was done by the present government,' he claimed.
