Praja Rajyam Party (PRP) chief Chiranjeevi ON Sunday justified his 'U' turn on statehood to Telangana and supported the unified Andhra Pradesh.

Speaking to students at Nagarjuna University campus, the epicentre for the agitation against division of Andhra Pradesh, near here, he said that a leader should reflect the aspirations and views of the people. "A leader should be led by the people," he observed.
Chiranjeevi was emphatic that it is the leaders of Telangana who want separate Telangana for their personal ends but not the people of Telanagan at large.

He assured the fasting students in the University campus that he will pressure the Central government to revise its decision on the Telangana issue. With the arrival of the matinee idol, the campus wore a festive look and large crowds thronged it.
