CJM courts rejects plea against Antony

A local court here today dismissed a complaint seeking an inquiry against Defence Minister A K Antony alleging kickbacks in the recent arms deal between India and Israel.
Judicial I Class magistrate court judge Philip Thomas rejected the petition filed by one K G Siju, holding the petitioner had not submitted any document to support his case.
The complaint had alleged that kickbacks to the tune of crores of rupees had been involved in the deal.
