Criticising the Prime Minister for making the remark, Orissa pradesh Congress Spokesman Arya Kumar Gynendra here said, ''Vajpayee has insulted the Oriya people and he should seek apology for that''.

Earlier, state Congress president J B Patnaik had said that instead of advising the Congress, Vajpayee himself should take rest due to his age.
