BJP's winners winners include chief ministerial candidate Madan Lal Khurana and former ministers Jagdish Mukhi and Harsharan Singh Balli. The party, however, suffered a shock defeat when its sitting stalwart Ram Bhaj was humbled in Sarojini Nagar by Congress.
