Senior police officers are engaged in making teams of selected and brave cops for the purpose.

The district police have divided the criminals into three categories. The first one included, Brijesh Singh and Ata-ur-Rahman, carrying an award of Rs two lakh, Kripa Choudhry (50000), Satish (25000). Brijesh is wanted in more than half-a- dozen cases of murder while Ata-ur-Rahman is wanted in Rungta murder case and BJP MLA, Krishnanand Rai murder case.
The second category included criminals like Rinku carrying an award of Rs 10,000, Vinay Kumar and Sujeet Singh. The third one included, Murari Seth, Afroz Banti and others.
According to information, the district police is gearing up to initiate action against 300 wanted and 52 rewarded criminals in the district following directives of the DGP.
The district police have also concentrated on detecting the network of ISI in the district and people attached to it. Special attention would be paid to those people, who during a short period became millionaires in the city.
The SSP held a meeting of station officers on Sunday and directed them to improve the law and order condition and dispose off the cases of complaints within three days since the time of complaint.
