Dasgupta, terming this decision as an unprecedented one, said this is nothing but the highhandedness of the Health Minister. “The way Dr Venugopal has been removed from his post is a glaring example of politicians getting hold over the workings of the healthcare institutions of the country. The decision set a wrong example for others,” Dasgupta said.
