Such customers will be provided 'red' electricity bills this month, which would serve as a notice on them regarding their dues, said Devender Singh, CMD of Dakshin Haryana as well as Uttar Haryana Bijli Vitran Nigam.

He was speaking after holding a review meeting of the department here. Circle-level committees will be constituted to help the consumers take up their issues related to electricity bills, Singh added.
