Traders of the Delhi will launch a 'chetawani week', a week-long protest programme, from Monday.

Delhi traders will launch a 'chetawani week', a week-long protest programme, from Monday against the sealing drive of commercial establishments in the national capital.

These traders, under the banner of Confederation of All India Traders (CAIT), will participate in demonstrations, rallies and various types of protests at the market places in the city, a release said.

The families of the traders on Sunday assembled at a protest programme and condemned the sealing drive, saying that no law was above life and livelihood of the people, the release said.

They demanded the government to take steps to protect the large number of traders.
