The police are also likely to call JLF producer Sanjoy Roy for investigation in the case. An FIR was filed on Saturday after Nandy made a statement that people from SC/ST and OBC categories are most corrupt.

Confirming the development, Roy said the festival organisers have also given an undertaking that they would not leave the city till the inquiry is complete. "We have also handed over a DVD recording of Nandy's comments and a transcript that place them in context" he said.
