Dr Saraswat new Dean of MGM

DR M K Saraswat would take charge as Dean of MGM Medical College here on Monday. He would succeed Dr V K Saini, who is also Director (Medical Education), Bhopal.

Dr Saraswat (60), who till now was dean of the medical college at Bhopal, has earlier also held the post of M Y Hospital Superintendent.

He has also served as Head of the Department of Radiology.

Confirming the posting, outgoing Dean Dr Saini said, “I will hand over the charge to Dr Saraswat on Monday morning. He is a good administrator, I wish him luck.”

Dr Nirbhay Shrivastava would now take over as the Dean of the Bhopal medical college, Dr Saini said. The staff of the medical college has hailed the new appointment.
