According to Ajay Kumar Sood Assistant Returning officer, the BJP State president had on Monday addressed an election meeting organised by BJP's Yuva morcha in the local marriage palace for which the organisors did not seek any permission and not even the local police was informed.

Besides, the BJP State president was also found using red light on his personal vehicle also in violation of model code of conduct.

It was also found that party posters were also found affixed on the building without any permission.
