Electrical Safety Week from May 1

ON THE directive of the Central Electricity Board, Ministry of Railways, the Electrical Department of Diesel Locomotive Works (DLW) is going to organise an Electrical Safety Week from May 1 to 7.

DLW PRO Pradeep Mishra informed that during the week, various functions, including safety seminar, lectures by field officers on a wide range of topics related with electrical safety and other awareness programmes to inculcate safety consciousness among employees, their family members and the general public have been planned. He said banners, hoardings, pamphlets and slides would also be used to spread awareness about safety measures among the masses.
