Although Ellen has lent her voice to animated flicks like Finding Nemo and Dog Show, she is all set to play the human representation of Earth's life-giver in the film.

Ellen will be the controller of nature in the flick being made by Walden Media.

"I've always wanted to control the weather,” Contactmusic quoted Ellen as saying.

Meanwhile, the untitled forthcoming flick is being penned by Sex and the City writer Jenny Bicks.
