Eminent Indian diabetologist honoured with international award

He has been conferred with the "The outstanding young person of the world - 2002" award for his academic achievements and dedicated services in the field of diabetology.

Dr Sunil Gupta, an eminent city diabetologist, has been conferred with the prestigious international award "The outstanding young person of the world - 2002".

The award is being given by Junior Chamber International, Florida, USA and his name was proposed by Nagpur Metro Junior Chamber for his academic achievements and dedicated social services in the field of diabetology.

Ten persons were selected from among the nominations from 123 countries across the world, according to a release.
