1

Fix agenda:

Always set the agenda before calling for a meeting. This saves everyone’s time and effort.

2

Punctuality:

Timeliness is also next to godliness, especially with people from other countries, such as Japan and China. Hence, always make it a point to arrive at least 10 minutes before the designated time.

3

Mobile phone:

Keep your phones on silent and excuse yourself politely only and only if the call cannot wait.

4

Handshake:

Always extend a warm handshake during arrival and departure. Greet everyone with a firm, sincere handshake, a friendly smile and direct eye contact.

5

Receptiveness:

Be a good listener. Do not interrupt when someone is making a point. Wait for your turn.
