Ex-employee wins legal battle after 17 years
A former employee of the National Textiles Corp Ltd has finally won compensation from the company after 17 long years of legal battle.

A former employee of the National Textiles Corp (Gujarat) Ltd has finally won compensation from the company after 17 long years of legal battle.
The Gujarat High Court gave the ruling on Thursday in favour of Rajnikant Potnis, asking the company to pay him all his dues with 18 percent interest.
The court set aside the company's 1992 move to prematurely retire Potnis, who was general manager of Viramgam Mill Unit. His advocate Nagesh Sood told the court that the company's action was arbitrary.
