Farewell programme on last day of each month

The maiden farewell programme will be organised on the last day of April. This decision was taken today at a district level meeting of joint advisory committee. Collector Vivek Agarwal, Additional Collector Rameshwar Gupta and representatives of officers and employees unions were present at the meeting. The Collector stressed the need to conduct accounts-related works in systematic manner.

He directed joint director of treasury and accounts section to organise a workshop next month. He directed all the officers to complete the work of departmental probe by fixing a time frame. He has made it mandatory to convene meeting of departmental advisory committee and departmental promotion committee in all the offices.

In the meeting applications presented by MP Gazetted Officers Association, MP Class III Government Employees Union, MP Karmchari Congress, MP Health Employees Union, MP Diploma Engineers Association and others were discussed point-wise to find solution.
