FDA okays DRL's Amlodipine

Dr Reddy's Laboratories Ltd has received tentative approval from US Food and Drug Administration (USFDA) for amlodipine besylate tablets.

Amlodipine is used to treat high blood pressure and chest pain, the company informed the Bombay Stock Exchange.

The pharma company's share was up 2.11 per cent at Rs 1,492.75 on the BSE.
