Present at the event were Colombia’s ambassador to India Juan Alfredo Pinto Saavedra, Columbia’s Vice President Fransico Santos and wife Maria Victoria de Santos, Argentina’s ambassador Ernesto C Alvarez and Spanish ambassador Ion De La Riva, among others.
