According to a unit member, Genelia was pleasantly surprised when the production company called for a small get-together on the first day of her shoot of Yahoo, directed by Ken Ghosh, three days back at Filmistan.

“A Champaign bottle was opened and Genelia was introduced to the entire unit members before she gave her first shot with Shahid Kapoor,” informs the source.

Make over
Apparently, D’Souza, who’s known for her girl-next-door image and also for her apprehensions for shooting in skimpy outfits, will be seen in a new avatar and also be doing some raunchy numbers, in the latest film.

Ram Mirchandani of UTV Pictures’ laughs’ it off, as he insists that there are no bold scenes in the film, but at the same time, he confirms that audience would be shocked to see a new Genelia.

“Ken has worked on her look and I’m sure that it will be a talk of the town. Ken has styled her and a sexual appeal has evidently been brought in. As of now, I can only say that it’s as hot as it gets,” laughs Mirchandani.

Meanwhile, Manu Rishi, the man in news, post Oye Lucky Lucky Oye, has also joined the writing team to give it a funny touch.

“It’s not the same film, which we were making with Shahid and Jiah Khan.

Manu has changed it, along with the original writers,” confirms Mirchandani.
