Hollywood actor George Clooney will file a lawsuit against two magazines and a photographer for peeping over the walls of his retreat in Italy and taking pictures of a topless 13-year-old girl. The actor also claimed that the photographer also took shots of him enjoying private moments with his girlfriend Elisabetta Canalis.

Clooney said the teen was changing in one of his guest rooms when the photographer took her pictures. He claimed that the photographer also took shots of him enjoying private moments with his girlfriend Elisabetta Canalis, reports contactmusic.com.

"We're suing two magazines and a photographer. I don't know about the law in the United States but in Italy it's illegal for photographers to climb over wall to take long lens pictures of a 13-year-old girl in her bedroom. I draw the line of privacy at that," the actor was quoted as saying.
