Glamour galore at Cannes

Day 3 at the 65th Cannes Film Festival saw many divas at their stylish best.

Day 3 of the ongoing Cannes Film Festival saw a bevy of actors adding dollops of glamour on the red carpet. While actor Jada Pinkett Smith turned heads in a neon orange number with a thigh-high slit and daring back at the screening of Madagascar 3: Europe’s Most Wanted, actor Paz Vega played peekaboo in a glamorous black and white cut-out gown that revealed more than a little cleavage on the film’s screening. Mexican actor Salma Hayek too added to the glamour quotient of Madagascar’s screening.

Indian actor Freida Pinto, looked pretty in a geometric print halter top paired with skirt as she posed to promote her movie ‘Desert Dancer’ on the sidelines of the fest.

Another remarkable event was Chinese actor-filmmaker Jackie Chan’s announcement that he was retiring as an action star, saying he felt “too old for stunts” at 58. Chan was at Cannes to promote his last action hero film, Chinese Zodiac.
