Prime Minister Manmohan Singh wanted the matter to be referred to the GoM comprising Finance, Defence and Civil Aviation Ministries, which would evolve a clear policy to remove overlapping of jurisdiction, Civil Aviation Minister Praful Patel told reporters in New Delhi after the Cabinet meeting.

Among other issues, the GoM would look into aeronautical charges, ways and demarcation of defence field and civilian enclave, he said.
