Heston Blumenthal of the three-star Michelin restaurant The Fat Duck in Bray, England, is to launch 40 new products with the UK-based gourmet food store Waitrose.

“Heston From Waitrose” premium products include holiday treats like handmade savoury pies, stocks, dressings and Christmas pudding.



The full product line will be introduced by April 2011 and be stocked in Waitrose’s grocery, fresh baked goods and chilled food aisles.
