Haj flights from MP to start operations from September 17

Haj flights from Madhya Pradesh would begin from September 17. This year, there would be only one flight per day. Bhopal and Indore are two embarkation points for Haj passengers in MP.

Haj flights from Madhya Pradesh would begin from September 17. This year, there would be only one flight per day. Bhopal and Indore are two embarkation points for Haj passengers in MP.

Haj flights from Bhopal would start from September 17 and continue till September 21. Each flight would carry 240 passengers. After this flights would start from Indore from September 22 and continue till 28.

Thus there would be five flights from Bhopal and seven from Indore.

Haj aspirants from neighbouring districts with Maharashtra would catch flights from Nagpur. Haj passengers from Chindwara, Seoni, Balaghat and Mandla would take their flights from Nagpur.

Chairman of Madhya Pradesh Haj Committee, Sanawwar Patel, confirming the news said that two flights a day used to create confusion and also management problems when the flights got delayed.

The new system would improve services provided by the Haj Committee, he added.
