HC grants Malini Ramani permission to visit Lanka
The key witness in the Jessica Lall murder case was granted permission by the Delhi High Court to visit Sri Lanka.
Malini Ramani, socialite and one of the key witness in the Jessica Lall murder case was on Friday granted permission by the Delhi High Court to visit Sri Lanka for a fashion show scheduled between July 31 to August 10.

Justice Anil Kumar, granted the permission on the condition that Malini would submit the passports of her parents besides a personal bond of Rs five lakh after her counsel Viraj Datar assured the court that his client would return back to the country after conclusion of the event.
This is the third time Malini had moved the court for travelling abroad after the Delhi police issued "Look out notices" against the lady and her mother Bina Ramani.
Earlier, the court had granted permission to Malini to travel to London and Durban for similar fashion show events.
Bina Ramani too was earlier granted permission by the court to travel to Phuket for attending a marriage ceremony.
Both the mother and daughter who were earlier the prosecution witness in the Tamarind Court Hotel murder are now being charged by the Delhi police in the appeal proceedings with destroying vital evidence to save the accused who were all acquitted of the charge by the trial judge SL Bhayana in February this year.
