HC sets aside selection of 13 Haryana Vidhan Sabha clerks
Punjab and Haryana high court today set aside selection of 13 clerks in Haryana Vidhan Sabha appointed in 2008 during the tenure of Ragubir Kadian as assembly speaker. It also gave directions to conduct fresh selection within two months.
