HCL Infosystems Ltd today said it will announce the unaudited financial results for the quarter ended September 30 on October 18.

HCL Infosystems Ltd on Tuesday said it would announce the unaudited financial results for the quarter ended September 30 on October 18.
The company informed the Bombay Stock Exchange that a meeting of the board of directors would be held on October 18 to consider the unaudited financial results for the first quarter.
The board would also consider declaration, if any, of interim dividend for 2006-07, the company said.
