The sangathan under the chairmanship of Sushil Sharma also demanded raids on the premises of sweetsellers to ensure that they were preparing quality sweets and were not using adulterated items such as khoya, paneer and oils, while preparing the same.

It also appealed to the sweetssellers not to overcharge from customers. It also demanded immediate repair of streetlights on the Hamirpur-Anu road which were non-functional.

The sangathan asked the administration to issue smart cards to senior citizens travelling from 40 to 100 kilometres in government buses.
