Heather Mills takes to retail therapy

The estranged wife of McCartney is reportedly going on a shopping spree to ease her split pain.

When trying to cope with heartbreak, some people try to drown their sorrows in the bottle, some eat loads of chocolate, and others like Heather Mills apparently go on a shopping spree for a little retail therapy.

Mills, who is currently in the US where she is said to be visiting lawyers in Los Angeles, hit the shops with make-up artist friend Mark Payne in swanky Beverly Hills, reports the Mirror.

Driving around in a convertible, the animal rights activist, wearing a pair of step-daughter Stella McCartney’s designer shades, made a few stops at stores such as Ralph Lauren and Armani, before heading off for lunch at a vegetarian restaurant.
