All rivers and nallahs in lower areas of Kangra were in spate but water started receeding as the rains stopped in the evening, reports here said.

Thick fog engulfed the region during the day as rains continued to lash mid and lower hills and visibility was reduced. Reports of rains have also been received from Bilaspur, Sundernagar, Palampur, Solan, Sirmaur and parts of Hamirpur and Una districts.
