Abu Tahir was arrested from Greater Kailash and the contraband was found from his possession, a senior police official said on Friday.
Though Tahir claimed during interrogation that he belongs to Jharkhand, the official said they were not ruling out the possibility of the accused being a Bangladeshi national.
The drug was recovered in small packets from him and police believe that he is part of a bigger drug cartel.
