Housewife commits suicide in Delhi

A 22-year-old housewife on Wednesday allegedly committed suicide in a Delhi locality by hanging herself.

Mamta, who got married five months ago, was found dead at her in-laws' house on Wednesday morning and marital discord was suspected to be the reason for her death, police said.

Her husband Mukhesh, an employee of a carpet company, was not present in the house at the time of the incident.

A sub-divisional magistrate inquiry has been ordered into the incident.
