Hyderabad good for premiering films: John Abraham
The star was impressed by the city's infrastructure while he was there to attend the premiere show of his film Taxi 9 2 11.
Bollywood film star John Abraham, who was in Hyderabad to attend the premiere show of his film Taxi 9211 said the Pearl City, being the most happening city in the country, also had a good market for Bollywood films.
Speaking to reporters on Wednesday, John who accompanied film actress Sonali Kulkarni and Sameera Reddy, who star along with him in the Ramesh Sippy film said the team of the film had chosen the city because the Public Relations Department of the film had suggested Hyderabad as an ideal location for premieres.
John said the city was considered a good market to gauge the pulse of the movie audience and movie premieres with Bollywood stars in attendance was relatively a new thing in Hyderabad.
Sameera Reddy said Nana Patekar, who had also acted in the film, was brilliant. "What I love about him the most is that Nana is so upfront. What he says is what he thinks, his anger is really cool.
"I do love the concept of the film. The main clash was, of course, between John and Nana and how complete chaos follows after a simple mistake," she said.
