Oscar winning actor Russell Crowe says he doesn't have a bad temper and describes himself as a "furry little animal".
Crowe, who admitted to throwing a phone at a New York hotel employee last year, said: "I'm just a bloke. I don't think I'm quick to anger at all. Did you see the footage of me walking into the court building?" ananova.com reported. The reference was to his court appearance in New York last year after the phone incident.
He added: "Two hundred and fifty people and no controls. Absolutely barbaric. My wife got pushed, shoved and whacked with cameras. And I'm the one who's there for assault and having a temper? The unfairest thing about this is when you're just the little furry animal that gets run over on the road."
