Income Tax officials have unearthed undisclosed income to the tune of Rs 17 crore during a survey carried out at three places in Indore and Pithampur.

The day-long survey, which was over by late last night, was carried out at two export-oriented units and an eye hospital, the I-T officials said today.
The I-T officials unearthed undisclosed income of Rs 17 crore from these places out of which Rs 10 crore belonged to a submersible pump unit, Rs 5.5 crore to a packaging unit and Rs 1.5 crore to a leading eye hospital of the city, they said.
Further investigations are on, the officials added.
