IAS officers? wives celebrate Women?s Day

IAS OFFICERS? Wives Association (IASOWA) celebrated International Women?s Day on Tuesday. Six women were felicitated on the occasion.

Those who were awarded were Padmashri Mehrunnisa Pervez, sarpanch of Kalapari village Guddan Bai, staff nurse of JP hospital Lily George, teacher who teaches stitching to self help groups Mushtari Bi, and 11th and 10th class

students Kiran Wadeklar and Manju Ashtbandu respectively who have scored first division despite their background. Besides a trophy, all of them got a certificate, shawl and ‘ sriphal’.

Senior lady IAS officers were also present on the occasion.
