IMT launches campus in Dubai
BS Sahay, Director of IMT, felt delighted to set up campus in one of the world's fastest-growing cities.
Aiming to become a global institution, the Institute of Management Technology (IMT), one of India's leading management schools, has launched its campus at Dubai Knowledge Village (KV).
Making the announcement at the Gulf Education and Training Exhibition (GETEX) held in New Delhi during April 12-14, BS Sahay, Director of IMT, said the Institute was delighted to set up campus in Dubai, one of the world's fastest-growing cities.
"Our vision is to bring world class management education, training and consulting within easy reach of management professionals seeking global careers. The establishment of the Dubai campus is part of our mission to position IMT on the global business map and to become one of the top business schools in the world," he said.
IMT is the 16th higher-education institution to join KV.
On the joining of the leading Indian management schools, Abdulla Al Karam, CEO of Dubai Knowledge Village, said: "We are very happy to announce one of India's top ten management schools joining us and welcome them to our learning community at Dubai Knowledge Village."
IMT was established in 1980. IMT Dubai's first session will commence from September 2006. It will offer three courses: Full time MBA (Duration 2 years); Full time Executive MBA (Duration 1 year); and Part-time Executive MBA (Duration 18 months).
Admission will be based on GMAT/CAT scores or a test conducted by IMT and a group discussion, interview and academic records.
