Scindia, who is also Union minister of state for power (independent charge), was talking to media persons on his maiden visit to Bhopal as the campaign committee chairman.
“Our objective is not only to overthrow this corrupt BJP government but also to establish a government which has a clear agenda for the welfare of the public,” Scindia said.
Replying to a question he said there was no factionalism in the state Congress and that all senior party leaders want to establish the rule of law in Madhya Pradesh.
“We believe in less assurances and more work,” Scindia told the gathering of journalists.
