Indore Bank ties up with Paul Merchants

STATE BANK of Indore announced its tie up with Paul Merchants Limited for Western Union Money Transfer (WUMT) at a programme organised at its Y N Road office yesterday.

STATE BANK of Indore announced its tie up with Paul Merchants Limited for Western Union Money Transfer (WUMT) at a programme organised at its Y N Road office yesterday.

This service would be available at around 100 branches of the bank across the country. Indore Bank’s General Manager (CI and IB) M C Jacob in his inaugural speech emphasized on the utility of the product as a means of inward remittance for the customers.

Bank’s General Manager (Technology) M Vasanthkumar said that with networking technology the bank would be able to provide hassle free WUMT services and also spoke about better avenues of cross selling of existing product.

Paul Merchant’s vice president (business development and marketing) Aruna Singh expressed hopes of garnering major business share of all markets. While Bank’s area manager (Madhya Pradesh and Chhattisgarh) Ashish J Saini also addressed the programme.

Many senior officials of Indore Bank including Deputy General Manager (SBU) Kailash Agrawal, AGM Neeraj Nayak and others were also present on the occasion. R N Sinha conducted the programme.
