Sources close to the former Spice Girl Victoria Beckham have claimed that the singer is seven weeks pregnant with her third child.

According to rate the music.com, the star has been at the centre of a media storm for the past two weeks after two women alleged that they had enjoyed steamy affairs with her soccer star husband David.

"Despite all the stories, they have been as happy in the last two days as I've seen them in a long time. Victoria's playing her cards close to her chest, but she's not stopped smiling for days now. She's telling us she's got 'great news'", a source told Britain's Daily Star newspaper.

"We're all hoping it's the best news, that she's pregnant. It'd mean she'd have the last laugh when all this cheating stuff blows over", the source added.

The glamorous couple already have two sons - Brooklyn, five, and Romeo, one, and have often talked about expanding their brood.
