Governor Syed Sibtey Razi today returned the Jharkhand Legislators (Removal of Disqualification) Bill, 2006 for reconsideration of the state assembly, an official communique said here.
The bill had been passed by the state Assembly by voice vote on March 24 in the face of strong protests by the Opposition.
