"There should undoubtedly be a discussion on it, but we are in support of the Lokpal Bill and think that it should be passed" he added.

BSP chief Mayawati demanded that the government should ensure its passage in the ongoing session of Parliament.

"Our party is not against the Lokpal Bill. If there is any need for changes in it, it should be done in public interest. But this Bill should not be stalled and there should be a debate on the issue and it should be passed in this session itself," she told reporters outside Parliament House.

Meanwhile, anti-graft crusader Anna Hazare's indefinite hunger strike pressing for passage of Jan Lokpal Bill in Parliament entered the fourth on Friday.

The 76-year-old anti-corruption crusader has said that he will not break his fast till the Jan Lokpal Bill is passed in Parliament.

Hazare is fasting near the Yadavbaba temple at Ralegan Siddhi village in Maharashtra's Ahmednagar district, under the banner of 'Jantantra Morcha'.
