"We welcome the first phase of employment package. But at the same time we reject the new service conditions adopted by the government under open merit category through State Service Recruitment Board," Youth All India Kashmiri Samaj president R K Bhat told reporters in Jammu.
Bhat alleged the condition a migrant employee will never seek transfer from the place where he is posted throughout the service was shocking.
The recruitment drive is being done as part of the Prime Minister's package for the state.
