Inderjeet Singh, who used to work in the studio and was absconding for the last few days, was arrested, police said.

Police claimed that Singh told them that his colleague Gaggu had brought his "girlfriend" to the studio in the absence of the owner and he made the video clip with his mobile.

One of his friends Binder took the clip from his mobile and passed it on to other people, the police alleged, adding he had been booked in the case and efforts were on to nab him.

The YC leader has already been arrested a few days ago.
