The movie star's much hyped performance in a modern day adaptation of
The Misanthrope
, as a glamorous Hollywood star, has received a nomination in the Best Supporting Actress category, reported

The 24-year-old's performance was mauled by critics with one review saying that Knightley had "all the charisma of a goldfish". The list of competitors for the coveted stage honours include other Hollywood names such as Jude Law, nominated for his performance in
